Founding The Mani Co. stems from a deeply personal journey. After losing one of the most important people in my life to their struggle with mental health, I embarked on a quest of self-discovery and healing.
Through rituals like yoga, meditation, and daily positive affirmations, I was able to find light in the darkness.
These practices not only transformed my personal life, but also ignited the confidence to embark on a mission larger than myself: to redefine beauty as a conduit for mental health and emotional empowerment.
